Crowdfunding: An Overview of Legal and Business Issues
with Daniel Riviera, Esq.

The workshop is an overview of the many legal and business issues related to crowdfunding for the creative arts community.

There will be a Q&A session at the conclusion of the presentation.

Presenter: Daniel Riviera, Esq. is an entertainment and intellectual property attorney based in San Francisco. He practiced law in Los Angeles before moving to the Bay Area and has extensive experience in all aspects of the motion picture and television industries. Mr. Riviera has represented many writers throughout his legal career.
