PRESENTER: Anthony Garafola, Eq. is a Sacramento based business attorney and artist who regularly provides advice and counsel to a wide range of business, both large and small. In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Garafola has a broad range of practical business experience, having worked in the retail, telecommunications and construction-engineering industries prior to starting his own law firm. Mr. Garafola is a member of California Lawyers for the Arts' Advisory Board, is a panel attorney for California Lawyers for the Arts' Lawyer Referral Service, and frequently advises creative artists in his private practice
