How Much Should You Give/Take?

In most cases the scope of Intellectual Property Rights conveyed is the critical issue in artists' service and licensing agreements.

Whether you are a visual artist or gallery owner, recording artist or record label, writer or publisher, theatre artist or Producer, you should know the scope of IP rights reasonably necessary for your business purposes, and how to convey or license those copyright interests for a appropriately reasonable fee.  MJ Bogatin, Esq. will discuss what IP rights naturally relate to each of these artistic business arenas, and which should be granted exclusively or non-exclusively, in perpetuity or for a short term, locally or internationally.
