Cherie Evans is a partner in the law firm of Evans & Rosen LLP. She advises nonprofit organizations with an emphasis on corporate and tax law matters.  Over the years, she has counseled hundreds of nonprofit organizations of all sizes, including public charities, private foundations, social welfare organizations, and business leagues.  Prior to forming Evans & Rosen, she was an associate at Silk, Adler & Colvin and practiced in the area of tax-exempt organizations.  She is the Chair of the California Bar’s Nonprofit Organizations Committee and a panel attorney for California Lawyers for the Arts.
