Intellectual Property for Creative Artists

Learn about the different kinds of intellectual property, how you can protect your work, and how to avoid stepping on other people's toes. This workshop is specifically designed for creative artists and arts organizations, and will focus heavily on actual examples from the art world.

Presenter: David Lacy Kusters, Esq. is an intellectual property lawyer in San Francisco at Fenwick & West.  He specializes in patent and copyright litigation.  David is drawn to the arts, as his wife is a practicing studio artist.
