Fair Use for Creative Artists


Fair use is perhaps the most powerful tool media creators have protecting them against an expensive copyright infringement lawsuit. In this seminar we will understand the contours of fair use using examples from recent cases involving Green Day, Woody Allen, Google, and others.

DOUGLAS ROBBINS is the Chair of the Wood Robbins LLP Media Law Group, serving clients involved in producing, acquiring, licensing, and managing audio-visual media.
