Mean Streets of Hollywood: The Truth About Conflict in Entertainment

Tuesday, June 3, 2014, 6:30pm - 8:30pm 

FREE MCLE: 2.0 hrs.

This program will feature a discussion about the nuances of entertainment mediation.  Panelists will discuss the legal issues that arise in entertainment mediations including the most common types of conflicts, relevant case law, and practice development resources. This program will also provide practice tips including a discussion of confidentiality, power imbalances, continuing future relationships, encouraging advocate civility, and managing creative personality types.
