Design Patents: How to Protect Your Art

Experienced patent attorney, Louis Wu, will guide you through the ins-and-outs of patent law for creative artists-- with a focus on design patents. Presenter: Louis Wu has over a decade of experience in commercializing technological innovation for start-up ventures, research institutions, and established industry leaders. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in materials science and engineering with concentration in ceramics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Science degree in industrial engineering from Northeastern University.  In addition, Louis holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he served on Law Review.
