Attorneys Borden Webb and Anthony Garafola will review the fundamentals of estate planning and discuss the unique issues related to artists’ estates. This is an especially important topic for artists from all disciplines who wish to protect their legacy and maintain the integrity of their creative work. The panelists will discuss how best to prepare wills, trusts and durable powers of attorney for the protection of both your tangible and intellectual property.
