Drones have revolutionized television and film production almost overnight by placing a very powerful tool into the hands of filmmakers.  From the major motion picture studios to independent artists, this fun and informative Q&A session with an industry-recognized attorney will leave you equipped with a solid understanding of the rules and regulations governing commercial drone operations for film and television.

Presenter:

Paul Fraidenburgh is an attorney in Buchalter’s Technology, Litigation, and Aviation Practice Groups who focuses his practice on representing clients in complex commercial litigation and regulatory affairs.

Mr. Fraidenburgh has litigated cases across the country for clients spanning a wide range of industries. His experience includes representing a Fortune 100 company at trial. Mr. Fraidenburgh’s litigation practice includes unfair competition claims, class actions, intellectual property disputes, cases involving state and federal false claims acts, regulatory challenges, commercial contract disputes, and cases involving government agencies.

Mr. Fraidenburgh has gained a national reputation for his representation of clients in the aviation and aerospace industry. The Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, and several other publications have quoted Mr. Fraidenburgh on the topic of unmanned aircraft systems, and his clients are among the most cutting-edge technology companies in the world.
