Bio:  Catherine is a certified coach, and training and organizational development professional who is passionate about helping clients improve their emotional intelligence (EI) to be more effective in leading themselves and others. By boosting EI, clients strengthen various skills such as communication, decision making and problem solving, and positively impact their professional and personal lives. Catherine has supported the success of hundreds of leaders at all levels in both the private and public sectors.
