AAMS Volunteer Orientation Training

Want to join the AAMS mediator panel? Join us for a one-day training!

This orientation provides an overview of the Arts Arbitration and Mediation Service (AAMS) program at California Lawyers for the Arts (CLA). At the training, you will learn about  arts and entertainment issues and clients, discuss mediation techniques, and engage in arts and entertainment specific role plays with coaches.

Upon completion of the training, attendees are eligible to join the AAMS Panel. All participants must have completed a minimum of 25 hours basic mediation training in advance. 

A light breakfast will be provided.

Fees: $125; 6 hours of MCLE credit for an additional $60; limited scholarships available upon inquiry to aams@calawyersforthearts.org
