AAMS Arbitration Training

Join AAMS for a two-day arbitration training!

Ever considered becoming an arbitrator? Have experience in your field and want to use it to help others resolve their legal dispute without lengthy court processes? The Arts Arbitration and Mediation Service (AAMS) at California Lawyers for the Arts (CLA) is offering a training for individuals looking to become arbitrators.

This two day training will focus on the basics of holding an arbitration hearing from start to finish with a special emphasis on AAMS' arbitration process and rules. Prior conflict resolution is not required to participate. This course is open to the public.

When: February 22 & 23, 2019 from 9:00am - 4:00pm

Where: 2140 Shattuck Ave, Suite 501, Berkeley, CA 94704

Fees: $350 general; $300 for CLA members; 12 hours of MCLE credit for an additional $120

Trainer: Mattie Robertson, AAMS Program Director
