Title: "Framing Conflict to Mediate Volatile Situations"

Presenter: Dr. Ryan Fuller

Bio: Ryan Fuller is an Assistant Professor of Management at California State University, Sacramento, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses on business communications and management skills since Fall 2016. Ryan’s research interests focus on conflict management and crisis and risk communication. He has published his research manuscripts in top peer-reviewed business journals such as Management Communication Quarterly, Conflict Resolution Quarterly, Negotiation and Conflict Management Research, and others which have both academic and practitioner audiencesRyan holds a PhD in Communication from U.C. Santa Barbara. He completed his MBA at San Francisco State University, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from U.C. Davis in Communication. He lives in Sacramento, CA, with his wife Serena, and children Adelaide and Keane.

Cost: Free (donations welcome and accepted)

Additional: Feel free to bring your lunch. We will have light snacks and beverages. The main presentation will be approximately an hour, followed by 20-30 minutes of a more interactive opportunity for Q&A. Seating is first come, first served.
