Learn about licensing and how your intellectual property rights can be sold, retained, and optioned.  Mr.Pimm will also discuss iPod apps, public domain, fair use, academic permissions, copyright research and more.

Bob Pimm is Chief Learning Officer and Director of Legal Services at California Lawyers for the Arts.  Bob's private practice in the Bay Area focuses on serving creative people and their companies on intellectual property matters and the business of creative arts.  Bob also has more than 30-years experience serving the book industry, representing authors, agents, small publishers, and book retailers on IP matters including copyrights, trademarks, licensing, etc.  Bob is also a seasoned lecturer and presents many art/law educational workshops on topics such as Commercializing and Protecting Your IP Assets, Self-Publishing for Authors, The Art of Negotiation, Web Publishing, and many more.
