His practice is equally divided in these areas between transactional work, including advice, registration, and drafting contracts, and litigation. Steve has extensive experience in civil litigation in state and federal courts, and has prosecuted misdemeanor and felony criminal cases as a deputy district attorney with the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office.
