What are the ramifications for Arts Education organizations and for teaching artists? We’ll explain the new law itself, explore its intent, and likely ramifications. Then we’ll look at an example of an arts organization which successfully shifted its model to hire teaching artists as employees, how they did it, and how its working for them now.
