  • CLA is sensitive to the current situation faced by the non-profit and arts sector within COVID-19. We are currently offering our workshops at a sliding scale or "pay what you can" price. While CLA is a nonprofit and we are also in need of your continued support, we want to ensure accessibility of our content and workshops to all. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.


This is a two part event with a Workshop, followed by a Clinic

Part 1: the Workshop

Do you have questions about patents? Would you like to know how to patent your invention? Would you like to know what can be patented, or get insight into the patent registration process? Get a general overview of the patent process through our online educational workshop! MCLE credit offered for California attorneys! (Extra fees apply)

Date: Monday, April 26, 2021

Time: Educational Workshop begins at 5PM via Zoom.   

Cost: Sliding Scale. (Workshop and MCLE: $50)

Part 2: the Clinic

Have your patent questions answered in a one-on-one Consultation with a Patent Attorney.

Date: Monday, April 26, 2021

Time: First round of Consultations over the phone will begin at 6:15pm after the workshop. An attorney will call you. 

Cost: Flat fee of $30. (Workshop is included)
