Did you miss our World IP Day events? Do you still have questions about copyright or trademarks? Are you someone new and ready to embark on your copyright or trademark registration? If you have these questions or new ones related to copyright or trademark, then please register! This clinic is hosted earlier to accommodate more people!

We are hosting a fully remote Copyright and Trademark Legal Clinic where you will be able to talk to an attorney over the phone concerning your copyright and trademark questions.

As a participant, you will be scheduled for a 20 - 30 minute one-on-one consultation with an attorney over the phone on May 29, 2024.

Time: Consultations will be conducted over the phone at 5:00pm PST on May 29, 2024. An attorney will be arranged to call you.

Cost: $20 for nonmembers; $10 for members.

TIMELINE (It's as easy as 1-2-3! Register, Confirm, Consult!: 

1) Register before the deadline of May 22, 2024. The earlier you register, the better! Because you have to be confirmed over the phone BEFORE the deadline.

2) Once you have been registered, one of our representatives will call you to confirm your 20-30 minute session and ask you questions concerning your copyright/trademark issue. This step must be completed before May 22, 2024. We will call you multiple times and you are also welcome to send an email to schedule an appointed time for your confirmation. 

3) After your call with our representatives, you are confirmed! You will then receive an email a day before the clinic (May 29, 2024) with the time an attorney will call you.
