What is intellectual property? Can you patent a recipe? Or is it copyright? What if you have a logo for a business?

We are hosting a fully remote Intellectual Property Legal Clinic where you will be able to talk to an attorney over the phone concerning your patent, copyright and trademark questions.

As a participant, you will be scheduled for a 20 - 30 minute one-on-one consultation with an attorney over the phone on August 14, 2024.

Time: Consultations will be conducted over the phone at 2:00pm to 5:00PM PST on August 14, 2024. An attorney will be arranged to call you.

Cost: $20 for nonmembers; $10 for members.

TIMELINE (It's as easy as 1-2-3! Register, Confirm, Consult!: 

1) Register before August 8, 2024. The earlier you register, the better! Because you have to be confirmed over the phone BEFORE the deadline.

2) Once you have been registered, one of our representatives will call you to confirm your 20-30 minute session and ask you questions concerning your patent/copyright/trademark issue. This step must be completed before August 8, 2024. We will call you multiple times and you are also welcome to send an email to schedule an appointed time for your confirmation. 

3) After your call with our representatives, you are confirmed! You will then receive an email a day before the clinic (August 13, 2024) with the time an attorney will call you.
