In a continued effort to provide low cost patent legal services, we are hosting a patent clinic. Do you have questions about patents? Would you like to know how to patent your invention? Would you like to know what can be patented, or get insight into the patent registration process? If you have these questions or others related to patent, then this clinic is for you!

We are hosting a fully remote Patent Legal Clinic where you will be able to talk to an attorney over the phone concerning your patent questions.

As a participant, you will be scheduled for a 20 - 30 minute one-on-one consultation with an attorney over the phone on August 7, 2025.

Time: Consultations will be conducted over the phone at 5:00pm PST on August 4, 2025. An attorney will be arranged to call you.

Cost: $20 for nonmembers; $10 for members.

HOW TO LOCK IN YOUR CONSULTATION! (It's as easy as 1-2-3! Register, Confirm, Consult!:

1) REGISTER before the deadline of August 4, 2025. The earlier you register, the better as registration may close early due to limited capacity. You must to be confirmed over the phone BEFORE the deadline.

2) Once you have registered, one of our representatives will call you to CONFIRM your 20-30 minute session and ask you questions concerning your patent issue. This step must be completed before August 4, 2025. We will call you multiple times and you are also welcome to send an email to schedule an appointed time for your confirmation.

3) After your call with our representatives, you are confirmed! You will then receive an email a day before the clinic (August 6, 2025) with the time an attorney will call you.

Please note: The workshops are not included in the clinic registration. Separate registration required.
