As the arts funding landscape continues to shift, nonprofits must adapt to new realities in 2026 and beyond. This workshop will provide a practical roadmap for arts leaders, administrators, and creative entrepreneurs to strengthen financial resilience and plan for sustainable growth. Led by Allison Cagley, Executive Director of Friends of Sacramento Arts, the session will cover the essential roles and responsibilities of arts nonprofits, key fundraising strategies, and approaches for building effective communication and development plans.

Attendees will leave with tools to refine their mission, expand funding sources, and create an achievable action plan moving into 2026.

Artists, administrators, and nonprofit professionals welcome.
