Contracts are legally binding agreements between two parties and are a very important part of business for artists, freelancers, and organizations. Join CLA for this introductory workshop which will provide a basic overview of how to navigate contracts. During this presentation we will discuss some of the fundamental questions and considerations associated with this topic.

  • How to negotiate a contract agreement.
  • What to do if an agreement is broken?
  • Independent Contractor vs. Employee
