Delton Henderson is a transactional attorney with experience in entertainment, estate planning, and ADR. Mr. Henderson is a solo practitioner, licensed to practice law in New York and California. He serves as a Volunteer Attorney with California Lawyers for the Arts and is General Counsel for the American Society of Music Arrangers and Composers. Mr. Henderson graduated from Cardozo Law School and was an Adjunct Professor at New York University School of Continuing Education.
