Thinking about formalizing your project or business? Not sure what a corporate entity is or which classification might be right for you?

Join CLA for this educational webinar which will provide an introduction to the different types of corporate entities and cover important and fundamental considerations for deciding on classification type. The presentation will explore eligibility, liability, legalities, costs, structure and flexibility for each type of corporation.

About the Speaker:

Jeanne Lau, Attorney, Lyda Group LLP

Jeanne Lau is a business and entertainment law attorney based in Los Angeles, California. After earning a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Exeter, U.K., she went on to practice in Asia before moving to California. She loves to dedicate her time doing pro bono work in the areas of family and employment law. Outside of work, she enjoys the performing arts, writing scripts, and playing video games.
